Questions

What does "1 change" mean?

One small change: add a field, change text, colours or layout. A new function (e.g. adding online payments) is not a change — that's an upgrade.

Why are the Cloudflare account and domain in my name?

So the system and data are 100% yours. Small systems usually fit within Cloudflare's free plan. A .com domain costs about RM45 a year, paid directly by you.

What's the difference between Mini and Asas?

Mini (RM29) uses our link, e.g. alisshop.rasareka.com, with up to 500 records — good for starting out. Asas (RM99) uses your own domain in your Cloudflare account, without our record limit. Upgrade from Mini to Asas any time, RM29 deducted.

When do I pay?

Marhaen, Mini and Asas: after you try the demo and are happy with it. Don't like it? You pay nothing. Other packages: 50% after you approve the demo, 50% when the system goes live.

My system isn't on the list?

Just type what you need in the search box. Almost any kind of records, forms, bookings and payments can be built.

What is the monthly fee for?

Our fee for looking after your system after the free changes period: small changes, fixes, data backup, security updates and WhatsApp support. It's optional — without it the system keeps running in your account, and changes or fixes cost RM30 each.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes, any time. What you've paid is deducted from the new package price.

Why is the Infaq website free?

As charity (infaq) and promotion for us: your website shows a small Rasa Reka banner. We review every website before it goes live, and content that breaks the law or Islamic principles is removed.

Who owns the source code?

Asas and above (system or website): the code and data are yours, set up in an account and domain in your name. Packages below Asas (Infaq, Marhaen, Mini) use Rasa Reka's link and account, so the code stays with Rasa Reka. Upgrade to Asas any time and we move it to your account.

Do I have to build the website myself?

No. This isn't a drag & drop builder. You send your details and photos, and we design and build it to your liking. You just review and approve.

Are the demo websites real businesses?

No, they are made-up examples to show what each package looks like. Your website will use your own business name, photos and details.
